FROM OUR COMMUNITY. FOR OUR COMMUNITY.
Hand Up Peoria grew from a simple belief: asking for help should never mean giving up your dignity.
Founded by Pam Wiley, our independent nonprofit connects neighbors with food and practical support at Peoria's Wraparound Center. The work is personal. The welcome is human.
